Well, I'd suggest something that's dark, grimy and bloody :D

Noted, I've run a test pattern but clear red out of a can is so thin it runs. I might take a break from the colour brainstorming and build my Medusas, this'll give my airbrushes time to soak in the cleaner. I am determined to get it right. :headbang:

Best to do it right the first time and be happy with it rather than not and end up doing it again later or just always being grumpy about it. I have faith you'll find the results you're looking for.

Well, my son and I are locking horns about the colour pattern. He wants the medusa camo colours out of the Imperial Masterclass book (greying green, khaki camo, rust). I want red camo, either red on red, although I am willing to try flat black, dark grey and blook red.

I've ordered 2 more Valkyries and 1 Executioner for the total armour compliment.

So far we are sitting at 3 Chimeras, 3 Hydras, 2 Medusas, 3 Vendettas, 1 Executioner. Now if only my son and I could agree on a colour pattern. He wants looted camo colours to show that the Imps have capture a tribute for Khorne; I want the blood on blood camo to tie all my red models together. Why must life be so difficult.

Choices, choices Joah, you and Luky seem to have a good debate going on there about colour schemes :?

Is there any merit in a compromise scheme? Maybe using the Camo scheme Luky prefers and then having great big bands of red across?

I must say though the amount of armour you and Luky are amassing is very impressive :headbang:

Truly impressive, looking forward to seeing pics. Wish I had some advice for you on the color scheme. That's a tough one you two are just going to have to work out.

I believe we've narrowed it down to two colours. This is our test model:
