@ Brninghalo: Hmm, since I only own the IG Codex at the moment, the army is mainly intended to be used as "regular" IG, although I imagine it should be easy enough to adapt to FW's Renegades and Heretics, if I ever decide to pick up the book. It has to be said, though, that rules and gaming are really not a priority for me at the moment, so I tend to build and paint whatever seems cool to me.

After spending quite some time on the paintjob for the Doomwall, I needed something quick and fun to cleanse my palate (or should that be palette? ;) ). Anyway, I decided to paint up a test model for what might ultimately become a psyker battle squad:

Unfortunately, the pictures aren't the best as it's nearly impossible to take any decent photos in this weather -- it's driving me up the wall, to be honest ;) But you should still get an okayish impression of the paintjob,

As always, let me know what you think!

Oh i would love to see how you build that guy, he looks amazing!

Cheers, Brass Claw! It's a pretty easy conversion, really:

1.) The legs, head, upper arms and scroll are from the WFB Empire Flagellants.

2.) The torso was cut off and replaced with one from the WFB Skaven Stormvermin kit.

3.) The hands were cut off and replaced with a Stormvermin hand (the one with the staff) and a crypt ghoul hand (the one with the scroll).

4.) The scroll was cut apart and glued to the ghoul hand.

5.) A chaos icon (from the Chaos Space Marines) was added to the top of the staff.

Hope this helps! :)
